Teresa Karczmitowicz Completed postgraduate studies in industrial property rights at the Jagiellonian University, postgraduate studies in administrative and civil law at the European School of Law and Administration in Warsaw, and a series of trainings in the valuation of intangible assets. She has been a patent attorney and European patent attorney since 1999. She specializes in intangible property rights, in particular their valuation. She represents our clients in the proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (Polish: UPRP), OHIM, WIPO, EPO, and national administrative courts.
