In September 2011, The Oficina Española de Marcas y Patentes has opted out the community search system provided for by Article 38.2 CTMR.
Hence, since 1 January 2012, the following National Offices participate in the community search system: Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Lithuania, Hungary, Austria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Finland.
The fee for search will be lowered from previous €132 to €120.

Proceeding before the General Court in Luxemburg

Our lawyers have had another opportunity to represent the client before General Court in Luxemburg (previously Court of the First Instance, as from 1 December 2009 - date of entering into force the Treaty of Lisbon - just 'General Court'). In such cases the verdict is given even after 6 months, so we will have to wait for the final settlement.
